Cancellation Policy
Payment methods are filed at the time of booking. In the case of a cancellation A full refund will be issued under the following conditions: • More than 24 hours' notice is given by the client for cancellation. • Appointment is cancelled by the massage therapist/yoga instructor. Partial payment will be collected under the following conditions: • $20 late cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled with 12 to 24 hours' notice. • 50% of the session price will be charged if cancelled with between 6 to 12 hours' notice. Full payment is required for the following conditions: • Appointment is cancelled with less than 6 hour's notice. • Failure to show up for your appointment.
