Meet Your Bodyworker
Hailey is a licensed massage therapist (LMT) and yoga instructor (CYT) based in Austin, TX. She has been working to help people achieve mind-body connection since 2021, and her passion for movement and kinesthetic awareness precedes her professional practice by over a decade.

She has been a passionate dancer for most of her life, and her goal is to help people who love movement keep doing what they love. She also aims to help people find more freedom and joy through movement, wherever they are in their practice of self-care and discovery.
In both her yoga and massage sessions, Hailey prioritizes teaching her clients proper alignment to maintain joint health and longevity. Through massage, Hailey addresses fascial restrictions caused by everyday movement patterns, and through yoga she helps retrain your body to maintain healthier patterns of motion.
With over 5 years of hands on experience, I combine technical skill with intuitive bodywork to help clients build a better understanding of their body. We work together so that you can find relief, restoration, and balance through movement and massage.
